We have some VIP sites available for FAMILY & FRIENDS of REGISTERED SEASONAL GUESTS.
Seasonal Campers at this RV Resort are responsible for their visitors. ALL guests need to be registered by reserving on the reservations page so that the RV Resort has the necessary information and to ensure that the available sites are allocated.
CABIN RENTALS & Unused VIP RV Sites that are available for Public and will show up on the Vacancy Grid as "V" (Vacant/Available)
QUIET! - 24/7 - NO PARKING ON ROADS
You and your campsite neighbours traveled a long way to enjoy our back to nature experience. This is why we strictly enforce a "zero noise pollution" policy 24 hours/day, 7 days/week. Please have as much fun as you can - at no one else's expense.
Loud music, parties, generators, ATVs, golf carts, mini bikes, dirt bikes or any other motorized vehicles are not permitted within the campground. Violators will be asked to leave. Please do not put us in this position.
RESPECT YOUR NEIGHBORS
Ensure that all users are welcome and treated with respect. -Please make management aware of any issues that may compromise the safety or limit the enjoyment of the facilities for other campers.
REGISTERED SEASONAL & VISITORS
— Each Seasonal camping fee includes admission for Family of 5 from same home address [2 adults and up to 3 kids] (The Registered Camper), one RV unit and one vehicle. Each additional guest/day use visitor is subject to additional fees. [The Seasonal Fee]
— All guests/visitors must register with and purchase a Day User Pass from the front office/self serve office prior to entry [See Reservations Page for more info]. Please notify the office PRIOR to the arrival of guests/visitors and make guests aware that each person is subject to a user fee. You (the registered camper) are considered the "HOST" and are responsible for the conduct, damages, unpaid fees of your visitors.
—Day use visitors must be off the property by 11pm
PETS DESERVE HOLIDAYS TOO!
We are pleased to welcome your 'people friendly' pet onto our facilities.
—All pets to be kept on leash, quiet [NO barking/whining/howling] and under owners control. Do not leave pets unattended.
—Pets are not permitted in playground sand, buildings, cabins or pool areas.
—STOOP AND SCOOP immediately after your pet makes a mess.
— There is a fine for cleaning up after your pet.
— Any pet that is aggressive or dangerous to other pets or other guests, the pet will be required to leave the campground - no exceptions.
ALCOHOL
Alcohol is restricted to your site.
SMOKERS
Please extinguish cigarettes and put in ashtrays. DO NOT THROW BUTTS ON GROUND. No Smoking in washrooms, laundry or pool area.
Please do not attempt to flush diapers, sanitary napkins/tampons/wrappers, pop cans, rocks or other non sewer related items . Place in plastic bag and place in garbage. Avoid inserting your sewer hose into the sewer downspout as they commonly break off or get trapped in the system and can create overall system backups. We recommend installing something like a 90 degree Coupler to keep things clean and odour free. Available at RV accessories stores.
Please only have SHORT showers as others are waiting and hot water is expensive and limited.
No dish-washing in washrooms
Seasonal campers are not permitted to install any permanent facilities such as decks, railings, and/or outbuildings. While we want you to feel comfortable here, we also wish to ensure that all visitors and daily travelers will not feel out of place or intruding by moving into a location that appears to have permanent residents.
Remember you are on Private (not public) property, leave our pretty rocks and landscaping where it is. ANY enhancements to your rented Seasonal Site must be approved PRIOR to any changes.
YOU (the registered guest) are financially responsible for careless/negligent damage to our facilities caused by you and your visitors and pets.
Cutting/trimming our trees and shrubs is an act of vandalism. Any trees that may need attention, please notify management as soon as possible.
— YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR OUR FOREST!
— Please keep your campfire SMALL and attended by an adult at all times.
— Fully Extinguish with water.
— Do not leave smoldering at night.
— HELP stop Dutch Elm Disease! Please do not transport wood into or out of the park.
— Firewood is available for sale from the campground
must be put in sealed plastic bags and regularly placed in green bear-proof receptacles provided to avoid attracting unwanted wildlife. NEVER put garbage in fire pits or leave at your site.
Do not (under any circumstance) dump grey or black water on the ground.
Site fogging is NOT PERMITTED - EVER. It is environmentally unfriendly and can affect sensitive neighbours.
Please ensure your Air Conditioner is not left on while you are away. Please close all windows and doors when operating your air conditioner. ENSURE YOU TURN OFF THE AIR CONDITIONING WHEN YOU LEAVE.
HOT WATER TANKS
Please ensure your Hot Water Tank is NOT left on while you are away. These units heat water quickly and use up immense amount of unnecessary hydro if they are left on when you are not at your site. ENSURE YOU TURN OFF THE HOT WATER TANK WHEN YOU LEAVE.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Alterations and/or changes to all confirmed reservations are subject to a $10 administration fee.
Camping fees will be paid fully upfront and then these policies will apply.
30+ DAY CANCELLATIONS
If you cancel your reservation 30 or more days before your intended arrival, your card will be charged the first night non refundable fee plus the $10 administration fee
Within 30 to 7 DAY CANCELLATIONS
If you cancel or reduce the duration of your reservation less than 30 days but more than 7 days before your intended arrival, your card will be charged 50% of the total original reservation fee plus the $10 administration fee.
Within 7 DAY CANCELLATIONS
If you cancel or reduce the duration of your reservation within 7 days before your arrival, your card will be charged for 100% of the total original reservation fee.
TRAFFIC - VEHICLES - BOATS
Entry Hours are between 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m.
Absolutely no parking on roadways. PLEASE
Max. two vehicles per site as long as there is room, never park on road. Please park all others vehicles/etc. in designated parking.
All boats must be parked in our designated (paid) boat area, unless approved by management.
NO Exterior washing of cars or trailers is permitted during summer months.
LEAVING YOUR SITE
Please ensure no camping effects are left outside that can make the area look unkept and messy or present a hazard to other campers, including attracting undesirable wildlife.
LIGHTS/APPLIANCES
Please ensure all lights, air conditioners. hot water tank and appliances are turned off/unplugged before leaving your site. Also, it is advisable to switch off energy sources for other electrical appliances such as televisions, toasters etc. to reduce the risk of your unit falling victim to one of hundreds of unforeseen situations in your absence.
WATER SUPPLY
Please ensure you turn off your water tap before leaving. Plumbing fixtures in campers have been known to fail and cause costly damage to your unit.
CURRENT CONTACT INFORMATION
It would be advisable to ensure the campground has a current/active contact number for you in the event of an emergency or unforeseen circumstance.
SWIMMING POOL - HOT TUB
— NO LIFEGUARD!
— Wrist Bands must be visible
— YOU are solely responsible for your childrens safety.
— Children under 14 MUST be supervised by parents
— Hours: Family - 11:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
— Adults ONLY: 8:30p.m. - 9:30p.m. All Children MUST BE OUT of the pool area at 8:30 to allow adults an hour of quiet leisure swim time regardless if adults are waiting to enter or not - that hour is reserved for Adult Leisure Hour
— Please observe posted rules.
— Pool Toys MUST be approved by management. (absolutely no toys that could potentially scratch/tear the vinyl pool liner). Larger floating toys are not permitted (tubes/mats etc.) due to safety and space considerations.
— Inflatable mattresses or other large floating toys are not permitted as they take up too much room in the pool and pose a threat to the safety of swimmers.
— SHOWER BEFORE ENTERING ANY WATER - There is an outdoor shower at the entrance to the pool area. Thank you.
